XAVIER UNIVERSITY HEALING TOUCH SUPPORT GROUP

Meets the first Friday of the month from 7-10 pm.

XAVIER UNIVERSITY, NURSING ARTS LAB, ROOM 128 A & B

We have 7 adjustable beds and 3 massage tables so there is no need to bring massage tables. Our focus is self nurturing and healing. In addition, we net work and share information that will keep us up to date on our Healing Touch work. We begin with announcements from the group on upcoming workshops/seminars/events related to HT/energy work and updates from HTI if applicable. After announcements we have a guided meditation focused on centering and preparing for the work on each other. We divide into groups of 3 or 4 depending on our group size. Each person receives work before leaving.
